Bruker’s TBI Probes are used for all the experiments listed for the BBI probe. However, they can also be used for triple resonance experiments. In addition to the well-known1H,13C and15N experiments, these probes can be used for the study of organometallic compounds and metalloproteins using1H,13C and another X-Nucleus. These probes extend the application of TXI probes by allowing the selection of one decoupling nucleus from a wide tuning range.
The inner coil of the Bruker’s TBI Probe is optimized for1H observation and decoupling a fixed nucleus, e.g.13C. The outer coil can be tuned to one decoupling nucleus from the widest tuning range in the industry, covering31P to15N,这取决于configuration. You can simply switch between decoupling nuclei using an automated tuning and matching device (ATM). Appropriate amplifiers and RF sources are required to take full advantage of these probes.
Bruker’s commitment to provide customers with unparalleled help throughout the buying cycle, from initial inquiry to evaluation, installation, and the lifetime of the instrument is now characterized by theLabScape service concept.
LabScape Maintenance Agreements, On-Site On-Demand and Enhance Your Lab are designed to offer a new approach to maintenance and service for the modern laboratory
