ESPRIT line scan

ESPRIT software provides qualitative and quantitative line scan option.

ESPRIT Line

Based on the spectral graph database super fast line scan:

• For a variety of elements or regional studies line (energy)
• Using the preview image to select scan line position, length and Angle
• High resolution, high scan rate (> 100 000 HP/SEC)
• Has the data accumulation of multiple scanning, can reduce the sample pressure
• Support manual start and stop, also support the default acquisition time
• Spectra database, containing all of the sample point can be stored in the disk again at any time, and then analyzed
• Support online scanning acquisition before, during, or after a select element
• For according to the results and export the screening and display options

ESPRIT Qline

Quantitative evaluation of the line scanning spectra data:

• All the samples without the prototype of quantitative analysis, including spectrum peak splitting and matrix correction
• Support automatic element identification, quantitative and can be set or interactive optimization strategy
• All sampling points of spectra database can be stored in the disk and to deal with at any time
• Support for multiple results format
• For according to the results and export the screening and display options
• Support guide line configuration data of ASCII and Excel ® data
