ESPRIT spectra

ESPRIT spectra is the basic software packages, all QUANTAX systems allow from all available sources (EDS, WDS and SEM of the Micro - XRF) spectra, and qualitative analysis.It is equipped with many fast and efficient spectrum diagram test options.
