The probe

Flow NMR probe

There is a wide selection of high resolution NMR probe: suitable for chromatography LC probe and optimized FI probe is suitable for high throughput sample processing.

Brooke has developed a variety of Flow of high resolution NMR probe:

  • LC probe was optimized chromatographic peak flow pool size, and minimize the band broadening in the process of sample transfer.
  • FI probe optimized, suitable for high throughput sample.

These two types of flow are equipped with a built-in NMR probe flow pool, has the following advantages:

  • Due to the filling coefficient is improved, the RF coil geometry and the combination of fixed flow cell, the sensitivity of NMR was higher than standard pipe probe;
  • Due to the exchange of sample solution, only reduce or even avoid the like shimming sample preparation;
  • Don't need to sample preparation in the NMR tubes, avoid the consumption of expensive NMR tube sample.
Flow sensor and seamless connection or liquid chromatographic analysis system processor, and the samples can be directly transferred to the NMR probe.This direct transfer.
  • Minimize the sample processing, reduces the sample decomposition of pollution and dangerous.
  • Maximize from sample preparation to NMR measurement speed and automation level.
  • Only need to replace the probe can transform for flow operation and subsequent operation standard NMR spectrometer.Change the probe can be done in a few minutes.

Technical specifications

The basic specifications

  • Field strength: 300-900 MHz
  • Can provide 30, 60, and 120 mu l flow such as size of the pool
  • NMR configuration can be used as the SEI probe or TXI probe
  • By default the Z - gradient and ATMA
  • Compatible with all HR - NMR spectrometer
  • Wet materials, glass, stainless steel and PEEK ™

Flow injection (FI) probe

  • Using large diameter capillary, reduce reverse pressure, improve the velocity of flow
  • For import and export of capillary internal heat

A laparoscope, usually connected to a liquid chromatography (LC) probe

  • USES the low volume capillary, solvents and minimize gap spectrum peak broadening
